Hi Craig, Just want to drop a quick email to say thank you for the great service and product. After running into a dead-end with the vendor of
my Persol glasses I am glad to have found your site. I must add that after a month of use that I have found the replacement Polarised Lenses better than the original glass lens. I had purchased a set of Arnette sunglasses that were in perfect condition except the lenses film had started to lift after only 6 months! I tried to take them back but was brushed aside by the counter staff. As I'd paid over $250 for the glasses I sought about finding replacement lenses for the frames. Arnette replacements out of the USA were almost $200 so I couldn't justify the money. I then found The Sunglass Fix on the net and managed to purchase replacement lenses for under $27! The lenses arrived in just a few short days and were a perfect fit. At this stage I thought I'd got value for money, then I wore them out for the first time. To my surprise the lenses were better quality than the original Arnette ones. I've been recommending The Sunglass Fix to all my friends because the whole process and their products are exceptional. Dear Craig, I am a customer resolutions Specialist myself and have been for over 8 years. No where in my time have i ever contacted a company who has not only provided me with assistance and service but has gone way beyond that. It takes me a while to shop for sunglasses - this pair took me 3 months to find. My broken glasses meant so much to me. Before contacting you I was quite upset, sick and a little depressed of what had happened. However you somehow changed all my thoughts & feelings. You gave me confidence and guided me as to where i can start looking to resolve this issue. You knew you probably were not making a profit from me but you took the time to assist me in every way I can only spread the word of you and your company in such a positive way on thousands of blogs online as well as freinds and family. Craig, I just wanted to let you know that your lenses outlasted my Oakleys. It's been over a year since I had your lenses installed. The frames broke the other day when I sat on them but the lenses were still in great condition. Will definitely use your service again when I need lenses.

I got a great deal on some retro Ray Bans from the local op-shop but the lenses where old and damaged. The Sunglass Fix transformed these 20 year old sunglasses into one of the bes?t pairs I've ever owned. The new lenses are the exact colour I wanted and the quality of the installation is excellent.
