front bevel on Ults by and need to put a hand back bevel around entire nose to ensure no delam and proper fit.  Most of the high clarity fit fine on cutting but a back bevel may help.
For some reason there were beveling incorrectly with F4 and exposing massive front bevels on the front nose and tail. The F10 stopped this. cma nov 1 2012  Nov 30th we tested HC's and they came out well so are moving all to F10. Most don't need front hand bevel and we found no back beveling was needed either but that could do with how the safety bevel's running on that particlar day. CMA


PTN data is on DM but they don't have to be cut there.
Updated on Aug 2012 CMA to add a slight shaved nose. WE had a complaint
of a polarised popping out. This seems to resolve it. Don't think it was bad before but this is a bit better.

Can be done on any machine. Run without a SFB and if needed a slight hand safety bevel does the trick. - Aron 4.2.13
