Affordable, quick and simple…saves hundreds of pounds

I found a pair of 2000s Chanel sunglasses in the loft and the lenses were ruined. I hit Google and found these guys and was delighted to find replacement lenses for this exact make of frame for only £25! The sunglasses cost several hundred pounds 20 years ago, so this was really worth it. The instructions are really easy to follow and the lenses arrived a few weeks later, as they come from Australia, I think. On the basis that it takes a few weeks for the lenses to arrive I’d recommend ordering early. A brilliant product and service and will definitely use again.

Sunglass fix customer service is very good. I had an issue with the size of the lenses I ordered and they were very quick to rectify the issue for me, even though it was my fault I ordered the wrong thing. Very impressed with their customer service.

Website is easy to navigate. Great variety of lens options. Processing time from order to shipment notification was 24 hours. I expected the arrival to take some time due to the shipping from Australia to the US. I was surprised when they arrived within 10 days. Lens replacements were packaged well. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Replacement was very easy. I think the replacement lenses are better quality than the original in my sunglasses.

Lenses were a perfect fit, and a damn site cheaper than a new pair of Oakley. Delivery came exactly when said. If your planning on a repair before a holiday plan in advance because they are shipped from Australia so does take a couple weeks.
