HI Paul, I'm sorry to hear you didn't get the lenses you ordered. I can see from our side you ordered the steel blue polarized lenses which are a dark blackish blue lenses with no coating. If you didn't receive what you ordered please contact info@thesunglassfix.com.au and send a photo of what you received so they can verify the mistake and ship out the correct colour. If you did receive what you ordered but were expecting something different we do exchanges. Again, please reach out to our team, explain what you were hoping to get and they might be able to work out what would be a better match to meet your needs. Most of all our of lenses are now robotically controlled in terms of picking the colours so it is rare we send out the wrong colour. They are also inspected to ensure the right colour was made. However, even with all those controls we still do make each pair to order so mistakes can happen. However, we do have a team here that work with customers all the time to ensure they get what they ordered or what they need if they are not happy. However, we do need to be aware of the issue.
