You are responsible for the postage cost to send your frames, which will vary, depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. Please allow at least one month for the full process, including shipping times. Delivery times vary.
01. Pack your sunglasses securely using a hard case, padded envelope or small box with two to three layers of bubble wrap. Keeping the package as light as possible helps reduce postage costs.
02. Include a copy of your order confirmation or clearly write your order number inside the package.
03. Complete a CN22/23 customs declaration form at your local post office.
04. Ensure both the sender and return addresses are clearly visible on the outside of the package.
05. Once ready, post your parcel and keep a record of the tracking number so you can monitor its delivery progress.
Leave the rest to us. We’ll notify you by email when your frames arrive at our workshop and again when your sunglasses are on their way back home with tracking.
