Item was scratched in the case. After installation lenses scratch so easily that the sunglasses are now unusable. For that amount of money I would have been better off buying a new set of sunglasses.

Hi Callum, I'm sorry to hear about that. Doesn't sound normal. We do try to make our lenses with abrasion resistant hardcoating that is about 40% stronger than industry average. Anyhow, we do have a 6 month no question return policy. I would also reach out to our care team at info@thesunglassfix.com.au and they may be able to help you with a return or figuring out how they could have scratched that easy. We have customers all over that have had their lenses for years scratch free. I myself have a pair that's gone 5 years and while scratched still work well.
