My favourite sunglasses developed a crack and I turned to The Sunglass Fix for replacement lenses, as they came up in my Internet search. I found the model and took measurements which appeared to be the 68mm in the item description. Lenses arrived beautifully packaged and well presented. Apparently I needed 65mm lenses- a small difference for someone who doesn't know what they're measuring to discern, but enough that the new lenses weren't right for the frames. Disappointed (but at no fault of The Sunglass Fix) I reached out and was offered a return/refund or, if I sent my glasses to them, custom fitted lenses. I returned the new lenses as well as shipped my glasses to them. A couple weeks after they arrived, I had tracking information to the glasses headed my way. They arrived well packaged. They even put in new nosepads for me (an added and unexpected bonus). Overall, a fantastic experience and a great product. I'm excited to be rocking these glasses again.

Site was good to use. However, I wound up with the wrong size. Part of it is that my glasses are old enough the sunscreen has cleaned the numbers for sizing the nose pads on them, another problem is there were multiple years of similar glasses, with slightly different shapes to them. Long story short, I got the wrong nose pads

Found the exact product I needed at a very reasonable price. Was unable to find the product anywhere else on the internet. Only issue was getting it here from New Zealand which did take a few weeks but Sunglass Fix had no control over that.

The silicone nose pads fit my Serengeti glasses perfectly. Only issue was the 6 weeks necessary to get a 1 ounce package from New Zealand to Tennessee.
