Couldn't praise the service higher! Bought 2 pairs of lenses through two separate orders to which I had inadvertently provided the wrong delivery address. The company followed me up to provide an alternative address for delivery. When they arrived the quality of packaging and product was evident. Unfortunately I snapped the frames of one of my pairs of glasses when pushing out both lenses. I recommend everyone to remove one lens and replace it with the new one before removing the second lens to maintain frame rigidity and thus less likelihood of breakage. Does anyone know how to fix a frame effectively?
