Hi Jose, I'm sorry you didn't get one of the numerous email replies we sent you. We sent several with all the tracking information and updates and the contact information for the post office in Mexico that had your package. I'm also surprised you din't get any of the emails from DHL as they would have also sent you a few updates along the journey. I would suggest you check in your spam box for emails from info@thesunglassfix.com.au as we sent quite a number of them. This tracking is pretty comprehensive and they may be able to figure out what they've done with it. Since it's been a month or so since they tried too have you collect the package, it's quite possible they've given up and returned it. That could take several months to get back to us in Australia. However, your best bet would be to get it if it's still in Mexico. if it's no longer in country/ lost or on the way back to Australia then please contact us again. We do guarantee you will get your package but are not familiar with all local post office inner workings in every country around the world. We do expect customers to monitor their tracking to some degree, especially if it's common to collect something from a local post office in your country. Please let us know what you find out. If it's no longer retrievable we will either refund your order or reship.
