Awful, lamentable, very slow tracking, a friend Made and received glasses that were absolutly not right size. Really not to the point at all

Hi Kerharou, I'm disappointed to see this review. I can see your order was already refunded for shipping purposes. I can also see you order was for Ray Ban B&L frames that are over 20 years old. It's quite possible that this was an ordering mistake that our team could had worked out for you once you did receive the package we refunded you for. If you still want to replace the lenses I would suggest you send a photo of the inside arm of the sunglasses to our care team at info@thesunglassfix.com.au They should be able to ensure you get the right lenses for your sunglasses. I would also suggest you get tracking. We do subsidize this service dramatically so customers can get lenses faster and know the status of their shipments.
