This company (Australia) has to be one of the best on-line sellers, I've EVER had the pleasure to deal with. I made my initial order (I'm in UK) so it was the longest distance order I've placed - with some slight concerns. The order was shipped and arrived very quickly - sadly the replacement lenses were not quite 100% (slightly undersized by approx 0.5mm / 0.9mm) I reported this to the company - and offered an immediate refund, or they would make me a custom lens!! Well I wanted a replacement - so I asked for a new lens - it was made and shipped the NEXT DAY!! The new lenses arrived and they are PERFECT What other company do you know that goes to such great lengths to satisfy their customers? So that's 6/5, if that was possible - Again many thanks to Jai, Lens Technician. Absolutely first class!
