Great polarized lenses for my old Slider 01 sunglasses. If I had known I could get polarized replacements, I would've done that years ago. I've been using them for several weeks now and really like them.

I ordered a pair of replacement lenses for my original Smith Slider 01's. I liked them so much, I ordered two more sets. The lenses themselves are excellent quality and fit, and the polarization is perfect. I am a very satisfied customer. I feel like I've just bought myself another decade with my favorite sunglasses. I will mention three things in case they help other buyers: * I tried aviator green color. These are my least favorite; the resulting view is dull. I'm confident Sunglasses Fix did a good job making them, but I don't recommend the color. * I do recommend the brown color. They have a nice amber tint that makes things sharp, un-hazy, and beautiful. Furthermore, they aren't quite as dark as other lenses, so you don't have to take them off if the sun dips behind a cloud, etc. (I don't know why sunglasses are so dark in general. Cutting 85% of the light as the standard convention is obviously too much. But brown seems to reduce this effect somehow (even though they're marked 85% too). It also warms the view a bit, which reduces the excessive cooling effect of most dark lenses.) * I paid extra for the one-week shipping for each of my two orders. In both cases, it actually took three weeks. This might be related to covid delays (as their website says), but I'm not sure I believe that--triple the shipping time seems excessive. Personally I don't really care, and I am delighted I found this company; I just mention it so you know what to expect.

Finally found new lenses for my beloved Slider 01's! Also got some good backup lenses for my Parallel series glasses. Arrived relatively quickly to me here in Japan. No complaints, will be ordering again when needed!
