So helpful and so accommodating. I ordered the wrong lenses but not only did they not charge me for a replacement pair, they offered to make the correct lenses for the cost of posting the frames to them. I am so impressed with them and would recommend them highly to anyone looking to replace lenses

It was very easy to order the lenses and they arrived within a week. Although the lens colour didn't match the original colour it still looked good. My optometrist replaced the lease for me within a couple of minutes as I didn't trust myself putting them in. Very pleased as I love my glasses and this was not only a cheaper option but meant I could keep them!
