Good quality of the product and packaging. Lots of information to make the right choice. The hard decision for me was to choose the right shade of the lenses. About shipping: Took a long time for the product to arrive, but within the announced time frame when buying the product. I didn’t pay extra for a tracking number. I’m very happy with the result as the sunglasses look like new!!

The lenses ordered fit exactly in my sunglasses. Good quality and colour. Received relatively quickly considering the distance Australia - Netherlands. All in all very satisfied. A lot cheaper than buying a new pair of sunglasses!

I've had several sets of lenses replaced by sunglass fix at their facility and every time the result has been perfect. I had been discarding Tiffany sunglasses because of scratched lenses which felt so wasteful as the frames were perfect. I've also had tom ford lenses replaced and had Prada lenses sent to me which I slotted back into my frames without incident. I saving so much on sunglasses since I discovered this site. They are also lovely people to deal, I've spoken to them over the phone.
