You originally ordered Polarised Brown lenses for your Maui Jim frames. 2. Then you informed us that you received the wrong colour and that you needed to order Polarised Maui Rose lenses instead. 3. Unfortunately, we do not produce Polarised Maui Rose lenses and never have. However, we do offer a Rose Gold Flash Mirror lens, which is Non-Polarised, has a subtle tint and blocks about 40% of visible light. It is available in both solid and gradient tints. 4. We offered to initiate an exchange and provided a link to our colour range, advising that matching lens colours exactly can be difficult, particularly if your frames have a unique tint. We also mentioned that it's challenging to represent colours perfectly through photos. 5. You requested to return the lenses for a full refund, which we processed after providing you with return instructions.
