Hi Ian Thank you for contacting us and for bringing this issue to our attention. We are sorry that your lenses have begun to lose their coating from the inside after such a short time. I’ve checked your order history and our email system and this appears to be the first time the issue has been reported, which is a shame, as we could have assisted you much sooner. This type of deterioration can happen due to a few reasons, including: - Exposure to heat (e.g. leaving sunglasses in a car) - Contact with chemicals like salt water, sunscreen, perspiration, build-up of dust, dirt, and oil - Or, less commonly, a manufacturing defect. To help avoid this, we recommend: - Always storing your sunglasses in a protective case - Avoiding high-heat environments - Washing your lenses in warm soapy water every 2–6 weeks and gently buffing dry with a clean microfiber cloth - Cleaning more frequently if exposed to salt, sunscreen or styling products. We stand by the quality of our lenses and want to resolve this for you. All orders are covered by our no questions asked return policy within 6 months and a 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults. I have also sent you an email to confirm a few details, especially since you ordered two different lens sets for different models. Once we hear back, we’ll get this sorted quickly for you.
