Writing a review after having ordered, returned and reordered a pair of lens. Initially I had ordered a pair of lens for my prada shades, but made an error of selecting wrong model number during purchase. The lenses arrived promptly after a couple of weeks. Having realised the error I have raised a return request and sunglassfix immediately approved my return request although the error was made from my side while placing the order.I had packed the lens and sent them back through post. Liking the quality of lens I received I immediately placed a new order, this time for the correct model. Lens were beautiful and fit the frame perfectly, to note that the lenses are not from the makers brand rather these are great quality lens from sunglass fix. A couple of months later once they received the returned pair of lens they had promptly processed my return. It's refreshing to see a company make such good quality products at the same time keeping a High standard of fairness, transparency of their policies. Look forward to placing a few more orders in the future and I recommend sunglassfix to anyone looking to replace their broken lens.
