Super easy. I called and spoke to the a person who helped me identify my Prada sunglasses ID. I went the the website and found my sunglasses and the choice of lenses I could buy. Purchased. Received my delivery and pop, they were in place. …quick tip, my fingers were not strong enough to pop one of the lenses back in so I went to a specsavers and they put a heat lamp on the frame which helped it pop right in. No charge.
