Just bought a pair of lenses for my wife's sunglasses only to realise that I ordered the wrong size. Customer service was very helpful with instructions for returning the wrong pair and reordering the right size, and I added a pair of lenses to my order for another pair of sunglasses. Both pairs are now installed in two of my wife's sunglasses. Even if the lenses can be a little fiddly to install, the end result is definitely worth it. The lenses are excellent - my wife is very happy with them, which makes me happy :)
