The coating on the lenses of my wifes RayBan sunglasses was starting to lift. I looked arround for ages trying to find way to have them fixed because even though they were a Junior model they were a perfect fit for her. Eventually I came across the Sunglass Fix website and I ordered a pair of replacement lenses. When the lenses arrived, and I tried to insert them, I discovered I had ordered an incorrect size. I contacted Sunglass Fix and explained the problem. They gave me the option of sending the complete glasses and the new lenses to them. They them created a custom set of lenses, mounted them and returned them to me, all for no extra charge! What can I say other than it was exceptional customer service that I experienced, especially as they are located literally on the other side of the world to me. I would not hestitate recomending them to anyone. Why would you by new sunglasses when you can have your favorite ones repaired.
