I have recently had to return 3 sets of lens because of a error in ordering. There were 3 models of Bolle titanium framed sunglasses that were very much alike and that had no markings on the arms also the lens were within 1mm difference. I had ordered 5 sets and 3 off the sets were incorrect. After sending some photos with measurements it was decided by the returns department to send the sunglasses to Sunglassfix. Within 4 working days of them receiving the sunglasses they were back in the post with the correct lens. I am glad that I used a Aussie company and the girl that I dealt with Cassie made the return and exchange of the lens so easy. There was no frustration as I have encountered when returning other item purchased over the internet. Not only is the product of high standard their after sales service is of a high standard and it was my mistake. THANKS Joe S
