I live in the UK and scratches developed on my favourite sunglasses. I was able to find the replacement lenses at Sunglass Fix and ordered them. They did not arrive in the specified time and I contacted their customer service. They said they would send out another set and these arrived very quickly. To me this is brilliant. It is easy enough to send out a product but if something goes wrong, it is a real proof if they sort the problem out quickly. Really pleased all around.
