My first order went smoothly. The lenses I received had started to develop very small edge cracks (unsure of the cause). I called Customer Service and they reassured me that the lenses should not have done so in such a short period of time (less than a month) and immediately sent me a replacement pair of lenses. I'm all about Customer Service and SFCS was very professional and I appreciated it!
