I paid extra for fast shipping and it still took almost 5 weeks. Could not resolve that issue through customer service. I understand that shipping can take longer so faster shipping should not be an option. I would have just paid regular shipping method.

Hi Dori, I'm sorry about shipping being longer than expected. I can see you ordered on the 26th of Jan and the package was delviered on the 8th of Feb which is actually right around the 2 weeks outlined on our site. I'm not completely sure why you felt it was 5 weeks. Perhaps someone misplaced it in your home upon delivery?
