The site interface is clear and intuitive. The lenses are great and easy to replace. The support is also very good. The only minus on the experience is that my first lenses did not fit my glasses. Nevertheless, after contact with Sunglassfix they recognized the problem, asked me for some pictures of the old lenses and send the new ones that fit perfectly.

First set didn’t fit and the second ones had gaps in the corners so I gave up and just replaced my glasses with a new pair from opticians direct which arrived within 48hrs but thanks for trying but a complete waste of time and money and way to many back and forth emails for me to mention wishing you all the best. Update and despite my negative review I’m glad to say that sunglass Fix have issued a full refund which I’ve received but something I didn’t ask for or expect so a big thank you for doing so and and being a honest company.
