Hi Dean, I'm sorry you were not happy with our offer on our site to make you a free pair of lenses for your sunglasses. We are always trying to increase our product selected. The product you ordered was for a set of frames we do not yet have in our inventory of lenses. We offer a free pair to anyone in the world that has that frame and needs lenses so we can make a pair of lenses for them and then hopefully be able to make it for everyone else that has that frame going forward. As explained in emails to you, the free pair is for a regular set of lenses. We do allow customers to upgrade to a higher quality of lens and just pay the incremental difference. In your case, you elected to have polarized lenses installed. We then sent you an email with instructions on how to get the frames into our lab so we could perform the service. As of this point in time we have not received your frames in for servicing. We do need them in our lab as we will be required to have our optical technicians work on your job for at least an hour to design, make , and install the new lenses. I will have someone from our team call you today. I think there must be some sort of confusion here. I can see they tried to explain how the service works that you ordered to you over email. However, I think a phone call will straighten this out for you. If you do not want the free lens offer just let them know. I'm sure they will be happy to refund your 10 dollars for the polarized upgrade you elected to have and put the free offer back on our site for another customer to use.
