Direkt nachdem festgestellt wurde, dass das Paket vom Zoll zurückgesendet wurde, wurde mir direkt eine neue Sendungen mit zusätzlicher Leistung zugesandt. Diese erreichte mich nach weniger als 2 Wochen, wobei das als Mindestwert angegeben wurde.

Problem with credit card payment but was quickly connected with a real person who was most helpful. Did not realize that the company was in Australia (missed the NSW part). Lenses arrived quickly and very satisfied with quality.

I. Ordered up replacement lenses for some vintage Briko Zens. They arrived and unfortunately the lenses didn’t quite fit. I contacted the company - they responded right away - asked for some photos of the glasses and lenses along side a measuring tape - which I sent back… and voila! A couple weeks later they arrived. They fit perfectly. Great company to deal with. Would certainly buy from them again.
