When i emailed stating the difficulty I had when trying to place the new lens in the frame they offered to recut the lenses and not they fit perfectly!

Ordered two sets, one for my wife and one for myself . Initially had some issues with the lenses fitting incorrectly so I had to send both frames to Australia. They remade and fit the lenses properly in my wife's pair , however they weren't able to fit the lenses I ordered to my frames due to a lack of curvature in the frame. I received some substitute lenses that are functional. I was required to pay the extra shipping both ways. I understand that they have a hard job making things from across the world fit exactly. The customer service was really good excepting the extra charge. My understanding of the advertising (free returns, money back guarantee) was different to what happened. In summary: I didn't get exactly what I ordered, and had to pay extra shipping. They did include some extra lenses free with the final shipment, and make a good effort to rectify the situation.
