After reviewing your order history and our email records, I can confirm that we have been in ongoing contact with you to resolve this. Your original package is currently being returned to us as undeliverable, and we promptly sent a second shipment with upgraded tracked shipping at our own cost. Unfortunately, the second package is also being returned after 11 delivery attempts to the address provided were unsuccessful, and the package was not collected from your local postal service. While we do our best to ensure successful delivery, we rely on local carriers in your country and their delivery process is outside our direct control. We have already offered a full refund once either package is returned to us.
