Hola Jose, I'm sorry to hear that as it's really not true that tracking to columbia doesn exist. If it didn't we wouldn't offer it. Perhaps what they meant is that Columbia Post does not do a good job updating tracking. Mail to Columbia and most S. American countries does take a considerable amount of time. DHL does hand over to the domestic post to do the final delivery. I have checked your package and it is in Columbia in transit as of the 19th of August so should be delivered soon. I'm very soorry it's taken so long. Again, if it doesn't arrive in the next week or so let us know. As stated we do guarantee delivery. However, we can only ask those in regions were we know it takes a long time to be patient. We do have to regularly consider dropping areas we service and Columbia seems to be high on the list.
