It’s possible that the incorrect lens size was selected during the ordering process, which can result in the fit and movement issues you’ve described. Our Lens Technicians can help confirm the correct size and resolve the problem promptly. Regarding the polarisation concern, we test all polarised lenses before dispatch, but we’d be glad to investigate and clarify this further with you.
