At this stage, your order has been in transit for approximately 14 weeks since dispatch. As we ship from Australia, we rely on updates from our carrier, DHL eCommerce, who have advised that shipments to Chile can experience delays at the local postal clearance facility due to processing backlogs. As your order has exceeded our maximum estimated delivery timeframe, we have offered you a complimentary reshipment with faster shipping and tracking or a full refund processed immediately. We also guarantee delivery on all orders, and if a shipment is deemed lost, we will always provide a resolution.
