Staff was very helpful when i had to replace the product i ordered (description wasn’t great). However the replacement glasses themselves aren’t quite the right shape for the frame.

HI Enre, I'm sorry about that. I can be difficult in situations like yours where a manufacturer makes two variations of the same product.
