Hi Louise, I'm sorry about the lenses not fitting your frame. I wish we could have worked with you on a resolution but I know with your holiday you just elected to return them for a refund. That refund will be processed upon receipt. Shouldn't be long now before we receive them. Our team could still investigate the issue with you once you return if you are still interested in getting your sunglasses up and running. please email info@thesunglassfix.com.au and include photos of the frames and inside arm so they can ensure the correct size and model is ordered. If it's determined you ordered correctly last time we can refer it to our technicians and they can help determine why the lenses were slightly small as they have notes on every product and past variations that may had been found.
