Needed to replace a pair of my favorite sunglasses and was lucky to find the exact pair. However, I customized my sunglasses with a different color lens. I found this company not knowing they were located in AU. It took a few weeks to arrive which wasn't too bad, but one of the lens arrived with very faint scratches. I bought the upgraded lens so was expecting lens of a very good quality and durability. I contacted the company, left a message, and was contacted by Lana. She requested pics and after sending them she offered to replace the one damaged lens. It arrived quickly and was in perfect condition. Very happy the issue was resolved. The lens are gorgeous and I have my favorite pair of sunglasses again, super happy! Thank you!
