It is a serious company committed to customer service. My order was shipped to Colombia on time but the transportation company was delayed and the company assigned for customs management and internal transportation in Colombia is a disaster. Sunglass Fix took up my case and sent me a new set of lenses at their expense under a faster delivery method. This is something that speaks highly of Sunglass Fix and its service. I finally received the product. Excellent service and quality. Highly recommended.

The replacement lens are great. Good communication regarding dispatch / delivery dates. The tutorial video for fitting the lens was spot on. I'm now enjoying getting a second life out of a reasonably expensive pair of sunglasses.
