Dear Lana, Good morning, I understand what happened. I wouldn't mind paying the tax, but I wasn't notified to do so. Anyway, I prefer the first option, that is, that the product is sent back, as I need the lenses. Thank you for your attention, Wagner Referring order number #558372 The order was not delivered. I checked the status with the carrier, but this does not coincide with reality. The order was not delivered and I am still waiting for the order.

Really great product and really helpful customer service. Shipping takes a bit long but that is understandable when sending a package from Australia to Europe. I accidentally ordered the wrong size and they couldn't have been more helpful. On their website it claims you have to pay a restocking fee but all I had to do was pay for the return shipping as cheap as I possibly could. They happily shipped the new item before receiving the old one, which I was incredibly grateful for as I received them in time for my holiday. The lenses are of amazing quality and might actually be better than the original ones.
