It's quite possible that this was an ordering mistake that our team could had worked out for you once you did receive the package we refunded you for. If you still want to replace the lenses I would suggest you send a photo of the inside arm of the sunglasses to our care team at info@thesunglassfix.com.au They should be able to ensure you get the right lenses for your sunglasses. I would also suggest you get tracking. We do subsidize this service dramatically so customers can get lenses faster and know the status of their shipments.
