Hi Eakin, I'm sorry about that. While we do use DHL and other international shipping companies we certainly do NOT use DHL express. International shipments using Fedex or DHL Express would cost far more than the lenses. We do explain how DHL ecommerce and Now SEKO work in that they get packaged cleared of customs and into domestic mail systems quickly. Some use couriers or providers like USPS to do the final leg. Regardless, I can see our team reached out to you already and are shipping another package to your alternate address that does receive mail.
