It's really the issue regarding the courier losing the package and then after 2 weeks returning it to the vendor. Sunglass Fix weren't too helpful during this period but on being notified that the courier had retuned the package they promptly sent a replacement. I'd ordered replacement lenses for Maui Jim sunnies that were scratched. The new lenses fitted the frames perfectly. On comparison the new lenses seem much more stable eg when the sun flashes through trees off to the side of my car - the original lenses were poor in this regard. Also the new ones are MUCH easier to clean, and keep clean. the maui Jim ones seemed to have a coating that smeared at the slightest touch. I've noticed no difference in the brightness when looking through the lenses and am overall extremely happy with the purchase - even though it took a few weeks to get them.
