Hi Coretta, I'm sorry to hear you are struggling to get your new lenses installed. We have a team dedicated to help customers that are struggling even after watching our install instruction videos. Please contact info@thesunglassfix.com.au for help. Let them know your order and perhaps send a photo of the model information on the arm and they should be able to help or have someone call you and walk you through the process. Lastly, You can always send the frames and original lenses in. We'd be happy to install them for you. Obviously this can be a longer and more costly option but we are happy to help if required.
