Customer service was brilliant. I ordered replacement lenses and chose non tracked postage. They never arrived, when I called The Sunglass Fix to ask if they had been sent, they advised they had and should have been there by now. Without hesitation they sent me another pair and even covered the cost of express tracked shipping this time. I received them 2 days later. They were easy to install into the frame and great quality.
