Ordered new glasses for my trusty old Armani sunglasses that I really like a lot, but which were completely scratched and unusable. I went to a local optics store, but they told me it would be difficult to get glasses for that shape. So, ordered at sunglass fix, and the new glasses arrived quite fast, and exchanging them was done like in two minutes. No idea how good this works on other glasses, though, so YMMV. I ordered polarized glasses, and not sure if I would not have liked the normal option a bit more. It's my first time using polarized glasses. Anyway, can only recommend this service and hope this stays around for a long time, so I can order again in a few years when I scratched these glasses. lol. ps: on the customs thing: yes you pay a few euros. Was definitely no dealbreaker for me seeing I was able to further wear my a few hundred dollars expensive sunglasses with such little money and hassle involved.

I ordered a new pair of lenses for my sunglasses, but unfortunately doesn’t fitted correctly, I emailed customer service and they contact me almost immediately. They asked me couple of technical questions and sent me a new set of lenses, my optical place installed for me, I’m very satisfied with your business. Thanks Camilo Galindo

I ordered the replacement lenses , when they Arrived the packaging was excellent. It took 10 minutes to replace the lenses and now I have a brand new pair of sun glasses. I hope the quality of the lens are as sold, only time will tell .
