I can't work out exactly what may have happened as according to DHL your package was delivered 10 days after ordering. According to our records you ordered on the 7th of Feb and our team made your lenses and shipped them on the 8th. According to DHL's tracking system the lenses were delivered on the 17th, 10 Days after you ordered. Our faster service to the US does state that packages should arrive in about 7 Business days (1.5 weeks). We also have a notice that stating the fact that Covid is still causing impacts in many parts of the world so longer times could be expected. Anyhow, I'm not sure why you felt it took so long. We wish could deliver our lenses across the world even faster. However, we feel it's not economically viable to use a faster service as it would certainly cost far more than the lenses and we hope 10 days to get lenses, which can be hard to find anywhere else in the world, would be worth the week and a half it took.
