I ordered online, for a pair of Serengeti Drivers. I assumed the measurements, but was wrong. I reached out to SF, and everyone was absolutely helpful and considerate. Mailed back the lenses with the frames, they cut new lenses. Shipped at cost. Wonderful, just wonderful! And the lenses are perfect!

I quoted the wrong lens diameter so had to return them for correct size. Also sent the glasses frame for attachment of lenses. Excellent job done at no extra charge. I was surprised! At all times my contact there was helpful and considerate and quick to respond. Without exaggeration this was probably the best experience that I have had with any online firm. Glasses arrived priority paid and very well packaged. I can not criticise this company on any aspect of their business.
