My order was attended to quickly and arrived safely, and with excellent information on how to fit the glass into my existing frames. I liked the way that there was also follow up offering help if I was having any problems fitting the glass. Very happy with everything and I would use Sunglass Fix again if I needed to.

Overall a great experience Overall a great experience, I got the lense as a gift for my wife who would rather have her sunglasses repaired instead of finding a new pair. The wait time is substantial, but they let you know that and it arrived within the promised time frame. The lens I ordered were a different material than the originals. That I did not know. I knew they would not be made by the original manufacture, but the originals were glass, these were plastic. That would have been nice to know ahead of time. Finally, there is no way in hell that I would have been able to get the lenses in on my own. I had to take them to costco, where we got the original pair and they did it for us.
