The lenses were delivered on time and seem to be of good quality however I cannot say for certain as I cannot remove my original lenses at all. I gave up because it would require boiling water for an hour or a professional. The videos are farcical in how simple it is to pop the lenses out. This may not be a review of the Sunglasses fix but rather how Prada has made it near impossible to remove their lenses.

Hi, I'm sorry you are having problems removing your original lenses. If our video instructions were not helpful enough I would suggest you give us a call. We can have one of our lens technicians walk you through the process of removing your lenses. Another option would be to visit a local optometrist and see if they can help. We can also do the entire process for you if you want to mail your frames / lenses purchased in. If you email us and leave a phone number at info@thesunglassfix.com.au a tech can call you. I know you are in Europe so it may take some coordination with timezones.
