In order to ensure that we sent you the correct lenses, could you kindly provide us with photographs of the inside arms and outside front and sides of your sunglasses. Once we confirm the details, we will be able to determine the best course of action to resolve the issue. If you accidentally ordered the wrong size we can begin the exchange process and if we have the correct pattern for your frames we will ship them out on the same day to expedite the process. In the event that we do not have your model you will have the option to send in the frames along with the incorrect lenses and we will custom cut a new set of lenses for you, professionally install them, and ship back your repaired sunglasses at no additional cost apart from postage. Alternatively, you have the option of a full refund at any time.
