Gucci GG2245/S - 59 mm

Hi Diljeet, I'm sorry about your problems. I can see you contacted our team when your lenses didn't fit and they discovered you had a 61mm version of the GG2245's , not the 59mm lenses ordered. I can see you sent a photo on the 9th of Nov of your frames and our team responded on the 10th of Nov with options. On the 20th you sent an email that sounded like you never read or received our response. The team provided return instructions where I feel they probably should have reiterated the fact your frames are different size and that we could either custom make you a set at no additional charge or you could return them for a refund. I think the person on care just sent return instructions when they should have also offerred the option for us to custom make you a set of lenses. Now if you've returned the lenses we will refund you. However, the package could still be in transit. if you haven't returned the lenses or would prefer to send in the frames so we can custom make and install a pair of new lenses we are more than happy to do that for you too. Please reach out to info@thesunglassfix.com.au for further help. Again, I'm sorry, we don't know every size of every model made by manufacturers and they roll out new ones almost every day. However, we do try to instruct people on how to check sizes and models to ensure they don't get the wrong lenses.
