Sent wrong lenses on first try. Shipping took months to Canada (perhaps due to COVID). Top shelf customer service team agreed to fix issue quickly and to send another set. Friendly and reasonable in addressing issue. Shipping still slow. Waiting for them to arrive still. Shipping times remain too long (again - maybe not their fault). Reality is that summer is nearly over and lenses have not arrived yet. Not sure I would use service again without assurances delivery would take weeks not months.
